Where are you from and how long have you been in business?
Thisplugin is a Slovak company based in Bratislava, EU.
We have been working in the field of web design and development of websites and plugins for Wordpress since 2008. We started out as a marketing agency.
Later we focused on web design and Wordpress. It met the requirements of most of our clients.
At first we used premium plugins from other companies. However, we found that most plugins do not meet our strict criteria for reliability, speed, security and perfect UX. That’s why we decided to create our own plugins under the brand Thisplugin.
Why do you sell plugins on Gumroad?
All payments are made through the secure Gumroad service.
There are advantages for our customers.
Minimal risk of purchase, hassle-free refunds in case of dissatisfaction, the ability to manage your subscription, but also the opportunity to become an affiliate and earn by promoting our plugins.
In addition, you can pay not only by credit card, but also by PayPal.
Why aren’t your plugins on Wordpress.org?
Before we started developing plugins, we set clear criteria that all our plugins must meet.
One of these criteria is the ability to whitelabel plugins. This is the main reason why you won’t find our plugins on Wordpress.org.
The control center of our plugins is Thisplugin manager. We offer it for free. The manager contains all the features that are common to our plugins, including libraries and the ability to set global colors/settings.
It allows very quick and easy installation of plugins. Just add the license and any plugin in the latest version will be installed.
It also facilitates the management of regular and agency licenses.
Thisplugin manager is another reason why our plugins are not on Wordpress.org, which only allows you to add free versions of plugins.
What are the benefits of using your Thisplugin Manager?
Thisplugin manager has many features and benefits.
It allows easy installation and activation of plugins by adding a license as well as updating plugins (and we also prepare downgrading of plugins in case of error or incompatibility).
Simplifies overall license management. Both regular and agency ones.
Includes all important libraries. They do not need to be part of individual plugins and are not used multiple times (clean code without duplicates).
It provides a global setting for the color of your brand. You don’t have to set this for each plugin individually (of course you can change the global settings for a specific plugin).
Finally, it allows you to use your own brand (whitelabel) and sell our plugins under your own brand.
How do I purchase and install plugins?
On each plugin information page, you will find not only information about the plugin, but also the option to purchase one or more licenses to use the plugin on one or more sites.
The purchase is made through Gumroad. We describe why we chose this particular solution in another frequently asked question. At the same time, you can choose the plugin directly from our Gumroad account. You can pay for the plugin by credit card or via PayPal.
After paying for the plugin on Gumroad, you will receive a license to use the plugin to the extent you ordered. To install the plugin, first download Thisplugin manager and install it on your website.
After that, all you need to do is insert the license and the plugin will be installed automatically.

Do you provide a roadmap and changelog for your plugins? How often do you update your plugins?
Of course we do.
Both the roadmap and the changelog are important not only for our customers, but also for us and our development team.
At the same time, these documents show the amount of work we have already done, as well as what we still have to do.

As part of the roadmap, we will focus on the features of the best-selling plugins. If you like one of the plugins and it really helps you, please recommend it to your customers and friends. This will increase the chances of new features for that plugin.
How does support work?
Our support is exclusively via e-mail. We are at your disposal on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
If a serious bug occurs, we will fix it immediately, even on weekends or after business hours.
We usually respond to submitted tickets within a few hours. Sometimes our support is fully occupied, in such cases we respond within 1-2 days. Of course, we always take into account the severity of the reported bug.
We test all our plugins on 5 basic themes – WP Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence, Blocksy and of course on the 2022 theme. However, it is clear that our testing environment does not respond to the thousands of combinations of our customers with its scope and plugins used.
That’s why we want you to know that we expect bugs and are ready to fix them. So that our plugins are as reliable as possible for you.

How do refunds work if I’m not satisfied with the plugin?
Making perfect plugins is unrealistic. We try our best to make our plugins work for as many Wordpress users as possible, but we know that they will never work for everyone.
Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our plugins or our support within 14 days of purchase, you can get your money back without giving a reason. Of course, we are always happy to hear the reason for your dissatisfaction, but you are not required to do so.
All we ask is that you uninstall the plugin or delete the documents that came with it.
Before requesting a refund, please contact our Support Center and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
