We understand that our plugins cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, send us your request at [email protected].

If you are requesting a refund, please follow the refund policy below:

The refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
In the event of a refund, you agree to uninstall the plugin from your site and delete any materials you received, copied, or otherwise obtained.

To request a refund, please contact us. Once the request is received, we will initiate a full refund of the purchase price within 7 business days (Monday-Friday).
