Why we process personal data and the basis on which we may do so:

• We perform or negotiate a contract – we process data to prepare an offer and provide our services. Therefore, we cannot do this without you providing this information.
• We fulfill legal obligations – for accounting, tax processing, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• As part of our legitimate interests – we send newsletters to our customers, keep records of our customers (CRM, Support), produce our internal statistics and reports and also retain some data for litigation and defense purposes.
• We have your permission – as long as you give us a reference for our services.

How long we will process the information:

We will process your data for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after the end of the contract, unless other regulations provide for an even longer period.

News sent to customers:

We may send newsletters or other business and marketing announcements to clients or attendees of our training courses by e-mail or phone/text message. You may unsubscribe at any time.
