Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions before downloading or using any of the Products from Thisplugin.com. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately leave this website, do not use any of the Products available here, and/or do not subscribe to this service.

Product

The Product is software created by Thisplugin.com – a plugin or addon for Wordpress purchased through Thisplugin.com or WPShipmall.com.

Product license

Purchasing a Product from Thisplugin.com grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Definition of license

The software for all of our Products is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Our digital Products are built for WordPress, which is open source software released under the GNU General Public License http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.

License key

The license price includes a non-transferable Product license key that enables download, automatic installation and updates of Product via Thisplugin Manager and support service. You must have a valid, active license key to access updates and Product support. 

You may not share, sell, or give away access to your license key. Thisplugin license keys can be transferred to another person/company only on the basis of a license transfer request to a new owner. We reserve the right to revoke any license key not used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

License Term and Renewal

Licenses are valid as long as they will be renewed. A valid and active license key is required in order to have access to updates, support, and automatic download and installation for the purchased Products via Thisplugin Manager.

For the WPShipmall plugin sold through Wpshipmall.com, a valid, active license key is required not only for updates, support, automatic download and installation of the Product via Thisplugin Manager, but also for the functionality of the Product itself.

Addons that extend the functionality of the main plugin can be added to the main plugin with a license, downloaded and installed through Thisplugin Manager only if the main plugin has a valid and active license.

After your annual license key expires, you can continue to use the Product, but you will not be able to receive updates, support or install addons (the exception is the WPShipmall plugin, which will also lose functionality). There is no guarantee that the Product will continue to work with future versions of WordPress or other plugins such as WooCommerce.

Thisplugin manager license

When you download Thisplugin manager, you get a free license that is valid indefinitely and has no expiration date. To install Thisplugin Manager, it is not necessary to add a license key via the Wordpress admin dashboard.

You do not need to renew Thisplugin Manager to continue receiving support and updates (and to install addons on the main plugin). You will have access to all future updates released for Thisplugin Manager. You will also have access to support for using this Product as long as it is owned by Thisplugin.com or WPShipmall.com.

Free license

When you receive a free license, it is valid indefinitely and has no expiration date. 

You do not need to renew the Product to continue receiving support and updates (and to install addons on the main plugin). You will have access to all future updates released for the Product. You will also have access to support for using the Product as long as it is owned by Thisplugin.com or WPShipmall.com.

Monthly license

When you purchase a plugin on an monthly plan, an monthly subscription is automatically created using your chosen payment method. If your subscription remains active, the plugin license key will be automatically renewed each month so that you can continue to access updates and support without interruption.

You will be automatically billed using your original payment method when the license renews each month (on the same date of your first purchase). We do not offer refunds on renewal payments. Please note that for monthly subscriptions, we do not send an email before the subscription automatically renews.

You can cancel your subscription at any time either through your payment provider (e.g. by logging into your Stripe account and canceling the recurring payment profile), through your account, through your Gumroad account where you purchased the plugin, or by contacting us via the Contact form on Thisplugin.com.

For monthly licenses, if you cancel your subscription before your license key expires, you will continue to receive updates and support until the license key expires at the end of the 1-month period. When your monthly license key expires, you can purchase the plugin again at any time. This will give you access to updates and support under a new license key.

Annual license

When you purchase a Product on an annual plan, an annual subscription is automatically created using your chosen payment method. If your subscription remains active, the Product license key will be automatically renewed each year so that you can continue to access updates and support without interruption.

You will be automatically billed using your original payment method when the license renews each year (on the same date of your first purchase). We do not offer refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email a few days before your renewal date and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time either through your payment provider (e.g. by logging into your Stripe account and canceling the recurring payment profile), through your account, through your Gumroad account where you purchased the Product, or by contacting us via the Contact form on Thisplugin.com.

When your annual license key expires, you can purchase the Product again at any time. This will give you access to updates and support under a new license key.

Lifetime license

If you purchase a lifetime license, it is valid indefinitely and has no expiration date. You do not need to renew the Product to continue receiving support and updates.

You will have access to all future updates released for the Product. You will also have access to support for using the Product as long as it is owned by Thisplugin.com or WPShipmall.com.

Plugin bundles

If you buy a bundle consisting of more than one Thisplugin product, the sales page will indicate what is included in the bundle and how many pages the Products can be used on. For example, if a bundle allows use on 5 websites, you can use each plugin/addon in the bundle on a maximum of 5 different websites.

If specified on the sales page, your bundle may include access to future Products that Thisplugin releases in the future while you have an active subscription. Future Products will only be included in annual subscriptions.  Lifetime bundles (if available) include only the Products that were included in the bundle at the time of purchase.

If the license key for your bundle expires, you can continue to use the Products  you have already downloaded and installed, but you will not be able to add licenses, download and install additional addons, or receive updates or support. There is no guarantee that the Products will continue to work with future versions of WordPress or other plugins such as WooCommerce.

Software updates

Updates are included as long as your license is valid. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically via Thisplugin Manager in the Wordpress admin dashboard. Older versions are available on request from Thisplugin.

All products are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older products will work with future versions of WordPress.

However, we are committed to doing our best to make all products compatible with future versions of WordPress.

Support Services

Support for purchased products is provided for the life of the license. If your license has expired and you wish to receive support, you will need to renew your license key or purchase a new license for the product you wish to receive support for.

Please note that we can only provide support for the site where the license key was activated. And only for customers who filled in the license key, the email address to which the product was purchased and, the address of their website in the Support Ticket form.

Products support includes:

• Products bug fixes, minor CSS tweaks with your theme and compatibility with supported third-party plugins that we officially integrate with.
• Advice on how to use our products (without customization) with other plugins and how to get the most out of our products.

We always provide support both to the owner of the website or e-shop and, in the case of more technical issues, to its web developer. It still applies that it is always necessary to provide the website where the license is active, the license key itself and the contact from the email for which the license was purchased.

Product support never includes:

• Installing or configuring third-party plugins.
• Resolving functionality conflicts with the theme or third-party plugins (e.g., JavaScript errors or conflicts).
• Detecting conflicts of our products with other themes and plugins by deactivating them – this is always your responsibility, but we can help you in the sense of advice on how to do it.
• Complex or time-consuming CSS changes to fix styling issues with your theme or an officially integrated plugin.
• Customization of the appearance of our products to match your theme, except where the information is not displayed correctly.
• Customization of our products beyond their intended use.

While we strive to provide the best possible support for our products, we do not guarantee that every support request will be resolved to your complete satisfaction or within a specific timeframe. 

If you discover a problem within 30 days of purchasing the product and we are unable to resolve your issue, you are entitled to a full refund under our 30-day money back guarantee.

How we provide support

Support for all of our products is provided via email only. For support needs, the customer must contact us via a dedicated Support ticket form that can be found on our website. A ticket submitted via the support form creates a ticket in our system that is assigned to a support engineer.

Support working hours

Our goal is to respond to all support requests within our support business hours. Our official support hours are 8am to 6pm CET, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The times listed below are based on these hours.

We respond to support requests within 1 business day and follow-up requests within 2 business days.

While we do not guarantee that we will resolve the request within these timeframes, we will acknowledge the request and communicate with the customer as appropriate to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Our products are special to us and we believe in them. However, we understand that they may not work perfectly and, most importantly, they may not suit every one of our customers. If you feel that purchasing a Thisplugin product was not the right decision and you believe that the product you purchased is not the most suitable for your needs, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact form. You do not need to tell us why you want to return the product, we will refund you anyway. Of course, your personal experience and the reason for the refund will help us develop the product and we will be grateful for it.

If you are having problems with one of our products, or are unsure about its features, settings, or usage, we recommend that you contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are often able to resolve our customers’ issues.

Refund Exceptions

• Products whose license has been renewed are not eligible for refunds.
• Products that have already been refunded and subsequently purchased again cannot be refunded again.
• We do not offer refunds for more than 5 different products. We will refund a maximum of 5 of our products purchased through your account.

Ownership and liability

All products sold on Thisplugin.com and WPShipmall.com are the property of FUTUR DIGITAL s.r.o. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified.

Our Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied (per GPL v3). In no event shall our legal entity be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

You may not resell, share, or publish subscription credentials or access. You may not provide direct or indirect access to our content or products.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to meet your specific needs. You may remove our credit links with the understanding that all our Products downloaded are still copyrighted by Thisplugin, and that all files used must retain their respective licenses.

Product Warranty

Our plugins are guaranteed to work correctly on a fresh installation of WordPress using a default WordPress theme. 

We do not guarantee that the products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our Products will work with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins (with the exception of those whose compatibility we declare), scripts, or applications.

If you have a compatibility issue with one of our Products, we will support you as best we can according to our support policy (see above for details).

Third party plugins

We guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins only in the following circumstances

• WooCommerce (only for our WooCommerce related plugins).
• Plugins that are explicitly mentioned on our product presentation pages or on Gumroad’s sales pages.
• For the themes and plugins listed in the other sections of our website, we do not guarantee compatibility, but we have tested them and believe they will work together; or the author of the other plugin has guaranteed compatibility and will provide support.

Gumroad and payments

All of our products are sold through the Gumroad marketplace. All payments are processed using PayPal or Stripe through a secure payment gateway, and your payment information is handled securely in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

In order to complete your purchase, you will be required to enter some personal information required by Gumroad, such as:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Billing Address
• VAT number (if applicable)
• To ensure EU VAT compliance, your IP address will be used to determine your country for tax purposes.

This information is used only for the purchase and license application. Gumroad, like this plugin, does not have access to your payment information at any time.

Delivery of Products

After your payment through Gumroad has been successfully received, you will receive an e-mail from Gumroad with a license key and instructions for installing the Product. You can also find the license key, instructions and receipt in your Gumroad account. You can log in at any time.

To install Product, simply download and install the free Thisplugin Manager. Insert your Product’s license into it and activate the Product after automatic installation.

All content on this website and all products is the property of FUTUR DIGITAL s.r.o. This includes images, videos, documentation and other information. It may not be distributed without permission or consent.

If you are an affiliate and would like to promote our products, please contact us for permission before using any information from this website or plugin.

Price Changes

Thisplugin reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, or upgrade the price or terms of a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.

If you have an active subscription, the plugin will be renewed at the price you originally paid, regardless of the cost to new customers. If you have canceled your subscription, you must renew the license key at the current purchase price.

License Agreement

By purchasing a plugin from Thisplugin, you indicate that you have read and agree to these terms.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or consent. You may visit this page at any time to review the current version.
